Good option
Disappointed to find no lotion in the bathroom. Also think it’s ridiculous that Hilton members don’t have breakfast included in their stay. Hotel was easy in and out, clean, comfortable.

Not that satisfied …
When we checked in, the lady at the front desk was wearing a bonnet and slippers. She was very nice and helpful, but definitely not in uniform. The room was decent and the bed was comfortable. The room was not very clean and there was dust on the furniture.

When I called the front desk, they told me that that was the size that Doubletree uses for Queen Beds! Ugh! It was too late to and I was too tired to debate why I needed Queen beds so I accepted the room even though I was

From check in to check out...
From check in to check out the service was great. I wish I remembered the gentleman’s name at the front desk but he was very outgoing and accommodating. The small talk was genuine as well. I could tell he was actively listening which was nice. Carlos, the bartender at the restaurant was phenomenal with his personality alone! The ONLY disappointment was that I didn’t get a cookie upon check in. I will definitely visit again.

Room too cold
The room stayed at 67 degrees in the winter. I think it was 42 degrees outside. The maintenance man came to reset it but it stayed at that temp all night.

Bed was very uncomfortable, but, staff were nice
Our stay was challenging because both my husband and I are disabled Veterans. The bed was extremely uncomfortable for us. Our backs were hurting as we turned throughout the night trying to find a comfortable spot. Most of the staff were very nice. The housekeeping staff were a bit loud in the morning as they talked to each other in the hallways.
