Very loud planes that shake building and make lights flicker. Much louder than other airport hotels. Little insulation from hallway noise which was considerable

Room looked tired and cleanliness not great. Arranging airport pick-up was not very friendly or helpful. Had to call front desk twice. Irritating that hotel insists shuttle will only go max 3 miles from hotel except for cruise terminal which is actually 50% further timewise and longer distance than location we requested to be taken.

New boutique hotel
The Hotel itself is at a good location, also seemingly a very new building . More like a boutique hotel, modern, simple but very clean and well furnished and equipped. Nice dining area, extra toiletries. Our room was very small though, it really should fit only for one person. I kept kicking myself moving around. Then the room service: we ordered dinner through Hampton Inn from a Restaurant whomever they have contract with. The order took an hour to get without silverware, that we were specifically asked 3 times. Then we complained about it, they transferred us 3 times, no apologie, no understanding for our frustrations. Then in another half hour we got silverware and 2 packages, we thought sending the same order as their compliment. Well not! It was most likely other's order cheese burger or such, what we never ordered on the first place. In that point we gave up. So if you can abd want to avoid that meal disaster do not order food to your room.Thrown out money.

Great place
Check in was a breeze. Due to flight delays we only got to be at this hotel for 3 hours. The bed and pillows were so comfy and the room was awesome. I wish I could have stayed longer. Breakfast was thankfully ready early and was great with lots of options.

I liked it and would stay here again
I liked the hotel. It was clean and the staff at the front desk were friendly. I got some water bottles as a welcome gift and that was nice. Only negative is that I could hear my next door neighbor shower at midnight and that was rather disruptive. Other than that, hotel was really good. We were up at 5am to travel and the hot breakfast was already made! that was a nice surprise. They offer free shuttle to airport 24 hours. Also a plus.

Very nice place close to airport, very kind and wonderful staff. Free shuttle to and from airport and car rentals as well as local restaurants. Very clean with a nice pool only drawback is that the rooms only have one king or two regular beds no queens. We had two of our grandchildren with us so we needed 2 beds but regular size are very crowded. I have found this to be very common in Florida for some reason.

Ok for a quick weekend
We went for a weekend to visit family. We stayed in a double room. My husband , myself, our 14 yr old and 9 yr old sons. Check in was quick. They did ask for a credit card and put a hold on it till after check out after already paying almost $800 for 2 nights. But not a problem. The room was ok. The sheets and bedding were clean. The carpet really needs to be cleaned or replaced on the floor and the carpet baseboards( they were nasty). They bathroom was clean and all towels were fresh. The bathtub could use another coat of paint. You can tell they did some updates at one point but not a complete update. Friday night we kept smelling a pot smell through the air vents. Saturday morning my husband and kids went down to eat breakfast and came back to inform me that ther was alot of people with Green Day t-shirts on, so we concluded that some people must have been smoking pot in the rooms and it was coming through to our room. When we got to the hotel Saturday night after being gone all day, there was no parking spots at the hotel. We parked in an adjacent hotel parking lot.
