    Probably the worst experience I have had at a Las Vegas hotel. I go to Vegas monthly and expected more from a Caeser's property. This hotel had the power go out in the middle of the day and I called to see if it would be fixed. They said it should. it was 7pm and I was in a rush for a business dinner on Friday so I was forced to turn the flashlight on my phone on and shower in the dark. I figure no big deal. In the middle of the shower a fire alarm goes off. I rush out but turns out it was a false alarm. I left for the dinner and returned around 11 pm and the power was still out. I called and they again stated that the power should be on shortly but I could switch rooms if I wanted.In the dark, they wanted me to pack? I figured first thing in the morning I would switch rooms. Little did I know the A/C went out. I woke up at 5:30am sweating and still no power. I waited until the sun came up to have enough light to pack. But the absolute worst part of the whole thing is the disregard in which I was treat when I was switching rooms. The just said, sorry about that, here, move to the Hotel next door. Luckily I pack light and it was just me but this was horrible. the least they could do was provide a free meal, or even a coupon for a coffee, but nothing. Even McDonald's offers a free item when they forget an order or there is an issue. Never again. On top of that they charged me for the resort fee even for the days I was no longer there, they will send it back 7-10 business days

    Got there and there was no electricity in my room, was promised it’d be on in a few hours. Got back to the room at 11pm and it wasn’t on. Wanted in the check in line for 2 hours because that’s where I was told I had to wait to get a new room, I get to the front and they said I didn’t have to wait. They gave me “food credit” even though all the restaurants where closed in Bally’s. So then they just take 44$ resort fee away for the first night. Get a new room and it’s two queen beds and not the king room I reserved I didn’t even ask for a king after this I was just over it. I won’t be back.

    Not a good stay
    Checking experience was different. They push you to use the kiosks to check in, several guests were having issues with them including myself. Room was very clean and nice. At 11pm the power went out on a several floors including ours. Room was getting hot and stuffy. We had to check out of Bally's and transferred us to Paris in which we had to wait 3 hours in line to get our room. Got our room in Paris close to 3am. That whole process was poorly managed. I will have to say Caesars corp are taking all precaution to covid-19 protocols. Sanitation stations all over the place and checking temperatures. I can't wait until all this is lifted.

    Who cut the lights??
    The power went out in half of the hotel for several hours. Getting a new room was a pain but for the most part i will not be staying here again

    The hotel had no coffee facility, no drinking water was provided. Our rooms were not made for 2 days. Room service was not available for 2 days. Overall not happy with the service

    It was a good hotel , clean but to be honest it was over-priced. If I visit Vegas again I'd stay somewhere else as everything is in the same place. I stayed at best westerns for £60 and Bally's at £120 and there was no difference . You're hardly in your room anyway.
