Lovely hotel with easy access to town.
Very nice hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Lovely big room with two double beds and good facilities. We ate in the hotel and the food was reasonably priced and good. they were very helpful with information about the area, the town and how to get there. The hotel is next to a tram stop which takes you up into the old town. Fabulous buildings, cathedral and cafes. We would definitely stay here again, despite it being a little noisy with the trams.

Good hotel room but don't eat in dining room
The view from our city facing room was fantastic. Comfy beds, slept great, nice and clean, friendly staff at reception. Quick continental breakfast in the bar/lounge both mornings was great value for money. If we had not had an evening meal in the restaurant, this entire review would be positive. However, we both had vegetable soup but because it was blended, we had no idea what we were eating. I had a Caesar salad and it was awful! Iceberg lettuce which seemed to be grated or cut into tiny pieces instead of the traditional Romaine lettuce. No bacon. Chicken had not been seasoned, was absolutely tasteless and I have no idea if there was salad dressing on it but certainly not Caesar salad dressing. My husband tasted it and agreed it was terrible. He had a hamburger which had been cooked so long it was dry and looked like the sole of a shoe. Euros 63 later (my husband had two beers), I complained to my waiter my meal was really bad but no offer of a discount even though he could see I hadn't eaten most of it. Dining room was VERY disappointing.

Comfortable stay in Strasbourg
The hotel was comfortable with a decent breakfast that can be included. The air conditioning was controlled in a manner that would not allow the room to get very cold, but at least it was not uncomfortable. I always ask for a quiet room, but there was some traffic noise. There was ample free parking which was a plus. The hotel is not in the town center, but is an easy tram ride with the tram stopping a few feet in front of the hotel. Make sure you know how to properly validate your ticket or risk being pulled off the tram and getting a big fine. I would stay again.
