I booked my room through expedia but somehow got charged at the property as well which means I got charged twice. My room was freezing cold the heat did not work and the toilet still runs everytime you flush it.

It’s so hot in our room. Air is set to 67 and it’s 75. Hard to sleep. Carpet in room looks like it has blood stained on it. Visible wiring showing from the ceiling in the bathroom

Apparently, even though you book several days in a row (for your stay), at noon each day, this facility negates your room key requiring you to go to the front desk for the key card to be reconfigured. Each of the two mornings that we stayed, we had to go to the front desk because our key card stopped working at noon. Why?? It was not user error. Each time we had the key reconfigured, there were other guests in line to do the same thing. Corporate policy? I don’t know, just won’t be back.

The property was modern and the rooms were very spacious. However the linens were stained. and our bathroom ceiling had a terrible leak that flooded the floor. They did not have another king room available and i have not been comped on the price ( I have paid in full for this) yet.

They people were very friendly but they seemed unorganized. Sent us to an unmade room (looked like a rock star had stayed there) at first and then we came down and we were given a new room. The hairdryer was missing and the toilet wasn’t cleaned. Oversight I figure. They did take off the parking charge so that felt fair

We always stay in this hotel when in Memphis. The beds were so uncomfortable and squeaky this time. Every time you tried to move it would squeak, so hardly any sleeping. The front desk said mandatory mask, yet there was a lot of people not wearing them including the workers. I also booked a handicap room on accident. That being said the head of the shower kept falling so very hard to shower. Like I said we always stay here and will probably again. Hopefully it’s just a one time thing.

It’s a perfect place to go if you like loud late night drunk people, bad smells in the hall ways, dirty showers in clean windows. I will say the service was nice. We had an issue with our toilet and maintenance came and fixed it right away. I didn’t like the valet parking and then having to be charged almost 30 dollars. But at least your vehicle is parked. I wasn’t really happy with a lot of things however the room itself was nice the beds were comfy decent view though the window was dirty. Maybe next time we can get a different room that might be better.

I paid with hotels.com.the receptionist chearged me again at check out.i showed her my confirmation # email information .i called hotel.com,they called the holiday inn.holiday inn said i would be reimbursed in 48 hours.its been 10 days and 2 calls later they saying the have to call hotels.com.second call they said they ha e to look in to it and call me back.same thing the receptionist told me at check out.Do not stay at this hotel.its not worth it.construction next door.noise.noise.noise.they say free parking but charge you 25 dollars plus tax aday to park in tje garage.They said they have free breakfast.thats a lie also.Go ro the Hampton inn on Beasle Street.i will never stay at another holiday inn.Also the pool and pool area was filthy
