The information mentioned on Hotels.com and other websites was inaccurate -- No WiFi, no hair dryer, no microwave, no shampoo, no pool towels... Booked for two nights by different booking numbers. Stayed at the same room and towels were not allowed to be changed on the next day. They asked for extra charge. When we entered the room, no kettle, no bathroom mat... The apartment was new and tidy, but dusty and not clean.
The worst part was the check in procedures. When we arrived at Block A, iSoho, and didn't see any signboards showing where the check in counter. Called the receptionist several times and asked for direction. Sadly, the staff's English was poor. After checking in at Block A, we needed to pay for parking fees and then drove to Block E.
