Good whare kai at the hotel. Heat pump was not warm, oil column heater was provided after asking - not ideal during winter though. Very friendly and helpful staff. Low water pressure in the shower. Tea coffee and bottled water provided.

Had no heating in any of the hotel since Wednesday, But we had not been told this before we turned up on Friday. We were offered an extra blanket and a column heater for the room. Rather disappointing with the lack of communication before hand especially having to pay $159 for the nights stay too
