The hotel doesn’t have cable or any kind of network tv only analog tv that came in snowy. I called the front desk and they blamed the snowy tv on the rain. The bed was hard and the pillows were so small. The linens seemed clean. I woke up the first morning with a sore throat from the ac so I’m assuming the filter hasn’t been cleaned in a while. The bathroom seemed clean until you opened the shower curtain and saw the grime around the drain. The drain didn’t fit the drain hole. The shower head was grimy and the vent in the bathroom was covered in dust and dirt. There was no vent to turn on in the bathroom so it got really hot and steamy. There was no light as you walked in the door it was all the way across the room. So there was no light for the closet or the mini frig. I asked for a manager to call me I’m still waiting and I’m already home.

Comfortable and clean. Room was perfect, shower was the best, breakfast got me ready for the day ahead. Staff at front desk friendly and accommodating. Minor issue was that coffee in room was decaf only. Convenient location. As good as it gets for my needs.

Linen from housekeeping left on the floor in a hallway from 3:00 pm till after 8:30am the next day. Fire hazard, trip hazard, and just gross.The front desk was told at 3:30 pm and she said, "Housekeeping goes home at 3:00".
A wonderful breakfast bar available included. Great service to keep stocked. We enjoyed this immensely.
Awesome laundry area available for guests. Very nice machines and clean.
