    Please do don’t put me in a handicap room

    We were given a handicap room with out a request for it. The bathroom was inconvenient with no counter space. The towels were old and stained. Thanks

    Not the friendly service I expected.

    Booked a full service hotel because I was traveling alone and arriving late. There was no valet on duty and the person that checked me in was not nice. When I asked for a cart to get my stuff to my room you would have thinking I asked her to carry my stuff for me. When I asked her look up my Hyatt rewards account to add it to my reservation she told me she couldn't look it up. Not the service I expect from a Hyatt Regency. There was also hair all over the bathroom and almonds on the floor of my room.

    Good points. Location, Starbucks on-site, paid parking Bad points. Uncomfortable bed, room not clean (items from prior person on shelf and under bed), shower faucet broken (had to hold faucet during shower), walk distance from parking. Lack of to no details provided by staff.

    Pretty Disappointed

    Hotel location was fabulous. Was clean and organized. Customer service was lacking. We we're told the front desk was available 24 hours, yet we called several times and no one answered. Room was somewhat small and seemed designed for one person or a smaller couple. Barn style bathroom doors stayed jammed and difficult to open/close. No bellhop was available to help us at check-in. We did reach the front deck to dispatch a bellhop at check-out, but he never showed up...we saw him randomly talking with other hotel employees when we finally arrived downstairs to checkout. Floor vending machines did not work properly...did not accept cash or CCs. For what we paid, I was disappointed.
