Washington d.c. trip
Overall nice hotel. Its an older hotel but in pretty good shape. Bed was so-so, had a big tv and a small fridge though. A/C worked good but not as cool as i would have liked. Bathroom was clean, and people thst tended to the room did a great job. I did not enjoy the lobby being downstairs. The gift/food shop was nice. The dining was decent. Would stay again. Nicer than Washington court down the street.

Fair 4,0
Poor organized for hosting large event.
Waited for several hours to check in. Finally at 6 room ready. Not on floor near my daughters room as requested. Housekeeping came at 8am 2 of tge 4 days. Door to room hinge broken so door wouldn't open all the way making it difficult to get luggage in and out of room. There for future city competition and out of 10 rooms requested to be together we had 2 different towers and 4 different floors.

Decent
The Hyatt Regency was nice but the rooms need to be updated. It’s conveniently located in DC. Closest metro stop is about 0.3 miles away at judiciary and near SCOTUS, Capitol Hill and other attractions in DC. Service was good and beds were comfortable.
