Looked as though they did some updates since the last time we stayed. Room was clean, bathroom (tub) could have looked a bit cleaner. Bed was extremely comfortable, better than my mattress at home! Staff very friendly. Was nice and quiet, even though the hotel is right on the main hwy. Stayed here before and would certainly stay here again.

Customer service still exists!
I only got the opportunity to speak to the staff on the phone. Due to a glitch in the system, this hotel showed as close to my destination but was 54 miles away. Even though it was a pre-paid, non-refundable reservation, they worked with me and refunded the cost so I didn't have to drive 2 hours out of my way. THAT is customer service. I will definitely keep this place in mind for my next trip in that directions!
