We have stayed here before, the staff is always excellent, the mattresses a big hug, linens and room cleaning excellent, but only plumbing needs a check ( shower full hot and adjustment wand not engaged) and toilet water supply was shut off at the wall valve. Thank you management!!!!

Very Disappointing
My husband and I were very disappointed we where there fir a show at Mohegan Sun we picked IHG because it said it had 2 restaurants and shuttle service to the casino. Both things came up short. First there were 2 elevators one clearly wasnt working but there was no sign you waited forever for the 1 elevator. Secondly our a/c in the room was exposed no cover we told the front desk no one ever came to check we couldn't turn it on. Third my husband went to take a shower there were no towels in the bathroom only the tub towel for the floor I called down the girl said they would send someone 20 mins later nothing so I head down and run into an employee getting on the elevator with a cart filled with towels so now he's sorting thru the cart to give me towels for our room. I then see another women from a different floor get on the elevator to which she said she had no towels in her room either. Then they need to not say dinner is avail when one of the restaurants only serves breakfast and was closed the other is a sports bar that serves appetizers and burgers thats not dinner! The. The shuttle services i was told upon check in that it started at 4pm and ran every half hour until 2am. Clearly they didnt think to tell us that the shuttle that came back at 630pm the driver was off at 7pm so there was no shuttle until the next person came on at 9pm! We were waiting on the 7pm shuttle that was sitting out front and had my husband not went to ask we wouldn't have known all unacceptable!

They overbooked so our reservation was cancelled but they did not inform us until we tried to check in. They did find us a room at another hotel across the street so all was good.
