Horrible…. Music blaring and thumping until midnight… Dog barking right next door called and complained and nothing was done. Pubic hair left in bathroom on the floor-disgusting. Dried food on the floor in sitting area by lounge on 5th floor. The only good thing was breakfast the next morning and the service was really good. Not the way I want to spend my next anniversary for sure!
