Подводные камни при заезде.
Отличное расположение, квартира уютная, хороший ремонт. Хозяин сам связался после бронирования. Посуда и приборы - в хорошем состоянии. Большой минус - что постельное белье ужасных темных тонов, наверняка что бы скрыть следы грязи. После бронирования - узнаю о необходимости залога ( ещё говориться об уборке 500₽ - но это в каком то то другом случае- мне не пояснили, я не платил). Вынос мусора, наличие грязи на полу и неубранное в стопку использованное белье- штраф. Тоже заранее не было известно. Но цена достойная.
