Advertised as pet friendly, but unable to dine or have breakfast at the hotel as pet not allowed in the restaurant. Also shower design resulted in the bathroom floor being flooded when showers were taken.

Pretty hotel, but boring and unfriendly
The hotel itself is very nice. Clean and well maintained. Bed was very comfortable. Free parking is also a bonus. But cons are that it's far from the city center. There's nothing nearby, not even cafes or supermarkets. The service was also not that friendly. I visited during storm Eunice, worst storm in years with trains and flights all cancelled. Because of this, I couldn't make it to my first night. The hotel did not do anything to accommodate this such as offer reimbursement or discounts for an additional night. Of course the weather is out of their control, but they could have been more sympathetic towards the situation. They told me if I extended my stay they would do so at the same rate - so charging me the weekend rate for a Sunday night. Went to another hotel instead and received much friendlier service at less cost.
