Receptionist
When we arrived the front desk receptionist was so unpleasant. She didn’t greet us, didn’t smile ( you can still tell if someone smiles while wearing a mask), she was whispering while talking about the amenities, but her whole persona was just bad. We paid for the hotel more what’s in the area so at least I would want someone welcoming.

En lineas generales, bastante comodo, si algunas observaciones sobre la comida en general, ejemplo: pedi spaguetty en salsa de huancaina y estaban aguados el lomo muy cocido, el desayuno un pan con palta con raices y negras, me lo cambiaron y tambien estaba negra, solo tuve que quitarle todo eso para comer(ya mas con algo de palta), luego el servicio si fue lento y a la hora que queria pedir algo adicional me dijeron que ya era lo ultimo que ya se terminaba el servicio, cuando espere mas de 40 minutos para que me atiendan. Adicional a que extendí mi estadia hasta las 4, pero nadie fue a limpiar la habitacion, o a reponer los articulos de limpieza y en teoria si esta incluido en el precio de la extension.
