Convenient hotel for a quick trip. The hotel is basic but it does includes continental breakfast so that is a plus. The staff was super helpful and friendly. They were able to contacted us with transportation services that we ended using for the 3 days that we were in the city

This will be nice when it is completed
Staff is very nice and helpful. I believe I was here within a week or so of the new facility opening but there are numerous issues. I like the rooms very much, and the facility. Very modern. But the elevator does not lower to the parking garage, which requires you take stairs ): Also, the entrance AND EXIT for the underground parking requires a walk to the front desk to ask for them to open the gate, which is a bother. While I was there , I had three different rooms. My first night the bathroom shower did not provide hot water even though I received hot water at the sink. On my second day my room began to collect an odor of the sewer, which caused me to have a headache. My in second room the water in the bathroom shower slowed to a low trickle. My third room was fine. One night I returned very late, perhaps 2am. Since the garage gate requires I approach the front desk to ask for the gate to be opened, I attempted to enter the lobby. To my surprise, the sliding glass doors did not open and there was not a device to read my room key to allow me to enter! I could directly see the front desk and understandably no one was there at this hour... I had to gently pry the sliding doors apart in order to enter and search for a staff member, whom I found very quickly. The staff were all very polite and very fast to respond to the issues I encountered. I appreciate their efforts very much :) I say this in every respect, not merely in regard to resolving my room issues.
