Would stay here again!
My husband and I visited Nashville for my birthday and stayed here. The condo had all the amenities we needed, including a washer and dryer that wasn’t in the listing! They made everything really easy for check in/out. The furnishings were cute and updated and the bed was super comfortable. Location was super close to everything as well!

Frustrating
The site said you would need a pin to access your room and to call if arriving after 11 P.M. We arrived around 445 to 5ish and no one was there and we didnt even have access to the lobby out of the cold until a random tenant let us in. I called Hotels and they said I shouldve got an email with the info, I obviously didnt. So they contacted Midtown, and she then tells me to check my email now...I did and nothing. Her response was to keep checking every 5 minutes...still havent got that email. I called Midtown myself and spoke directly with them. She gave both access codes to the building and room over the phone after I asked for it a couple times. She was nice and said she would email it to me also...still havent got that email also. Just a very frustrating ordeal that should pretty simple. I think I might try a different app for my next booking. Dont know which one is really at fault here, but it was annoying to say the least. Nice room and enjoyed it though.

Outstanding!
Great space, location, and service. Easy walk to restaurants/bars and Music Row. A comfortable home away from home. Couldn’t ask for much more

Very convenient to Vanderbilt school and medical. Easy to access property. New property in great shape. Bed was very comfortable. AC worked well. Unit also had a much-appreciated washer/dryer. When there was outside construction noise to street (jackhammering), Mint Properties representative (Frankie) was very responsive to find out if it was an all-night project or ending at a set time (luckily it ended around 9:30 pm because the unit was located on the front of the building facing the street. Unit 408 does not currently have antennae installed so you can’t get live network programming. Frankie did offer to have it set up but I was leaving early the next day.

The place was very nice, lots of room. Very clean and comfy beds. The communication was great also. We had a problem with the bench at the table and they came right away to fix it. Quieter neighbourhood, but easy walking distance to restaurants and bars. Quick uber ride to Broadway.

Poor 2,0
NO A/C on arrival, poor customer service
I stayed here as a last resort, since my business trip overlapped with the NFL draft and all hotels were booked. I was still looking forward to it based on the photos and previous reviews, and the Vandy area is great. However, as previous reviewers state, the company is nearly impossible to get a hold of, which wouldn't be a big deal unless there is a major issue - like I encountered. The air conditioning was not working when i arrived mid-afternoon, and it took quite a long time for someone to respond to my maintenance request. It didn't get "fixed" until about 9:30 that night, but the gentleman was only able to get the fan working, and no cold air was blowing out. He said he'd come check on it the next day, but it only circulated hot air and I didn't get any sleep that night. Couldn't leave windows open overnight because they have no screens, and TN has lots of bugs. I was sweating getting ready for work the next morning, even after a shower. I even sent the company a text showing it was 81 degrees at 3:30am. No reply, nor did they ever check on me to ensure it was fixed. No compensation was offered for the unbearable night i experienced, nor did they respond to any voicemails left. The room was actually decent, aside from the abhorrent service, but I would never stay here again, even at a discount. Also, since the room entrances are all outdoors, you can hear everything going on -including the drunk arguments of those in the hallway on the floor above.
