Great location close to the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in and out was easy. Covid test was easy. The food was great we ate out a couple times but did not need too. The drinks were good. The hotel is just so cute. Perfect if you like the convenience of having nightlife and restaurants in walking distance! Great for couples and we saw families there too.

This property is terrific. Front desk Paula Zahra terrific. Zahra got my medical COVID handled for us clearance done with great efforts and follow through. Bravo!! Staff is great and energetic. Food great. Property clean and tidy. Beach at your front door. Executive Chef needs a shout out. Chef great food and staff. You should be very proud! Run to this resort. Just a pleasure!!!!!

Wonderful Hotel
We loved this hotel. Everyone there was friendly and excited to have us. Andres at the front desk is the best. He helped plan great day trips offsite. Maurice the chef is amazing! The ocean front suites overlooking the pool have great bathrooms and the rooms are clean and new. The beach has beautiful views and the ocean is crystal clear blue. The DJ at the pool played Biggie to Britney to Reggae. Every night was different live music by the pool, all talented as can be. We found the all inclusive food to be great for the adults, every meal was wonderful. Our kids struggled a bit with the dinners but the hotel staff was very accommodating and cooked them chicken nuggets and fries. I definitely would come back and stay at this hotel.!!

If you’re looking for your next vacation spot - look no further than the S Hotel in Montego Bay! We spent 7 nights/8 days at the “S” and it was the best decision ever! This privately-owned “boutique” hotel far exceeded our expectations. It was exceptionally clean, adhered to Covid protocols, and was highly maintained. Our junior suite was awesome and had a breathtaking view of the ocean. The entire staff was AMAZING - all of the greeters, front desk, waiter staff, bartenders, facilities and maintenance crew were extremely pleasant, very knowledgeable of things to do and always helpful (too many great staff to name, but a special shout out to Ricardo)! The hotel’s Wi-Fi, electronic systems and gym were state-of-the-art. The all-inclusive meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) were awesome as were the variety of food selections which also included vegetarian options. The open bar and entertainment was always on point and the atmosphere was super relaxing, fun and inviting! We will definitely be returning to this lovely slice of paradise! 🏝☀️🌊

Given the quality of this hotel, the food was disappointing. It should have been better. The buffet lacked sufficient variety but moreover the food wasn’t tasty - bland. The food that was the most flavorful was the jerk chicken wrap (only available in room service- this should be offered on the poolside/grill menu given ease of eating this dish poolside). The variety of offerings at the poolside/grill menu was very limited. I think they could have offered more fruit or salad options. The also ran out of pina colada mix - a pity given its popularity. I did give my feedback to the Assistant Food & Bev person since she was stopping to say hello to people poolside. Anyway, I rated S Hotel very highly overall due to beautiful rooms, great amenities, friendly staff (Andres at front desk was amazing), ability to have covid test onsite for return to US. I gave all of these a 10/10 but the food I would rate 5/10. Only three fine dining option on site was of better quality and it showed by miles. If all of the food could be this standard, it would have been comparable to my other experiences at S Hotel. Would consider going back only for staff and location but since it is an all inclusive now and food is included (1st week apparently), I don’t think it’s worth it. Hopefully they will improve the food. Other all inclusives I have stayed at offered much better food.
