Resepsiyondaki çalışanlar yardımcıydı. Kahvaltısı oldukça iyiydi. Portakal suyuna kadar her şey temiz ve tazeydi. Kahvaltıyı kaldığınız yerde değil diğer otelde yapıyorsunuz. Ama eksiklerde oldukça fazlaydı. Öncelikle giriş işlemleri için direkt olarak hotel roermonda gitmeniz gerekiyor next door bölümünde hiç kimse yok. Bu bilgi paylaşımı açıkca belirtilmemiş boşuna ilk önce next door bölümüne gitmeyin elinizde eşya ile uğraşmayın. Odada çay kahve olmasına rağmen 1 küçük şişe su bile yoktu. O kadar fiyata en azından su temin edilebilirdi. Oda ve otele giriş biraz ürkütücü. Ama otel güvenli bir konumda hemen çevresinde kafeler var. Yataklar asla rahat değil iki tek kişilik yatak birleştirilip üzerine incecik bir sünger koyulmuş yatak olarak. Klima düzgün çalışmıyordu gece üşüdük.

Wir waren im Next Door untergebracht und mussten leider feststellen, dass es sehr hellhörig ist. Sowohl alles was draußen vor der Tür passiert als auch alles im Zimmer über einem ist sehr störend. Bin nachts öfter wach geworden, weil ich dachte jetzt kommt die Decke runter. Zudem kam morgens plötzlich ein fiependes, sehr hohes Geräusch aus dem Flur. Es war wohl ne Fehlermeldung von irgendeinem System. Da ‚next door‘ über kein Personal vor Ort hat, wurde der Fehler erst durch mich erkannt. Das Bad und Zimmer sind sauber. Das Frühstück ist auch vielfältig und lecker. Das Parken ist ein Abenteuer für sich. Wenn man die örtlichen Begebenheiten kennt, ist es kein Problem und man kommt schnell vom Hotel zum Parkhaus. Für Ortsunkundige ist es erst mal verwirrend und nach einem anstrengenden Tag echt ne Herausforderung. Zudem kommt man durch die vielen Einbahnstraßen gar nicht direkt an das Hotel um seine Sachen auszuladen.

Nice room poor service room in different building

Super unfriendly receptionist. Our room ended up in another building across the main road. Room itself was nice and quiet. Due to early start we ordered a breakfast to go. In the restaurant we were told there was an upcharge of 5 euros but when we ordered it later in the day the charge had been changed. Receptionist was totally ridged and refused to give us the lower quoted price.

Hotel zonder receptie of bar, wel op zo‘n 100m afstand in een ander gebouw. Ik miste de mogelijkheid een drankje te nemen. Grote, wel wat kale kamer maar wel erg net. Locatie gewoon super. Parkeren wat zoekwerk. Uitgebreide toeristische informatie

Virkelig besværligt

Vi ankom om aftenen, men der hvor man skal sove ligge slet ikke på hotellet. Så man skal gå, og vi kunne ikke finde det. Det endte med at en køkkenmedhjælper måtte følge os derned. Der var svamp op ad væggen og varmen virkede ikke, vandet blev heller ikke varmt.

Das Zimmer war schrecklich, der Blick aus dem Fenster ergab einen Blick auf eine Hauswand in einem Meter Entfernung sowie auf eine große Absauganlage, kaum Tageslicht ! Heizkörper und Fußleisten waren längere Zeit nicht gereinigt und für die Reinigungskraft insgesamt runde Ecken. Zwischen der Darstellung im Internet und der Tatsache vor Ort liegen Welten !

Let op dat dit hotel letterlijk Next Door het hotel waar het ontbijt of inchecken is (alleen de weg oversteken) Voor ons was dat even verwarrend met inchecken maar als je het weet voor de rest geen probleem. Parkeren moet echt in de garage want in de straat zelf zit een max. Tijd van parkeren. Bij het uitchecken kregen we een uitrijkaart waardoor parkeren gratis is.

Excellent petit hôtel. Simple, mais très efficace. La literie est plus que convenable, la salle de bains pratique et les équipements adaptés. Peu de choses à redire. Le petit déjeuner est intéressant mais pas fantastique.

Die Lage, in der Nähe der Fußgängerzone (1 Min. zu Fuß, bzw.15 Min. zum Outlet), ist optimal. Die Sauberkeit (staubiger Boden und Möbel, schmutzige Fenster, im Rahmen z. T. Schimmel, sowie Ablagerungen in der Toilette), lassen erkennen, dass die Reinigung nicht sehr gründlich gemacht wird. Das hat sich auch in den 3 Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes nicht geändert. Die Heizungen funktionierten trotz kühler Nachttemperaturen (6 Grad), nur im Bad. Eine Beheizung mit der Klimaanlage war möglich.
