The staff are incredibly helpful, always on hand to answer any questions or offer any help. The hotel is just simply stunning inside and out. The location is absolutely perfect if you want to take a walk around town and there’s also the convenience of the restaurant and bars within the hotel too. Our stay was just perfect. We’ll definitely be back for longer this time. We would highly recommend to anyone thinking about booking!

On arrival was upgraded from family room , slightly reluctantly but I pointed out I should get an upgrade. They agreed and showed me to my room and gave me key card. When I return a little later the card didn’t work and I could hear people in the room. Someone had turned up and requested the room and they gave it to them. So unprofessional. The appropriate thing to do would be to tell them the room had been given to another guest. But I guess ethics go out the window when money is involved.

Absolutely fantastic from checkin till check out but the jewel in the crown was the amazing wine bar below the hotel (gin & juice) staff were very friendly, the hotel overall was first class. Will definitely be going again.

Wonderful stay in Cheltenham

Really nice stay, great service. Staff were very friendly, food was outstanding, room was so comfrotabel. My only problem was coming back in the evening the security on the front not recognising me, and then having to walk through thhe restaurant with all my bags to get to the hotel, there should be another entrance open. Also being on the ground floor meant you could hear everyone coming back in late at night.

Characterfull and high quality

Room was lovely good quality Teas, Nespresso coffee machine and king bed was huge and huge quality. Slept like a log. Bathroom shower was period and characterfull. B&O TV had amazing speakers and breakfast was excellent a-la-cart. Cant fault the experience. Shame was a work trip 😪
