Pool, sea access, staff were all nice. Rooms were outdated but we managed. Food was good some evenings and bland others. Selection of food was good as far as variety of options. Entertainment was good as there was always an event. Overall, we would probably try another resort when going back to compare but this hotel was good and not great. I wouldn’t say 5 star.

It is my seventh time in this hotel , my first experience was in 2014 , 1) My booking was partial sea view but when checking in I was told that our 2 rooms will be without balcony and I paid €300 more to get the two rooms with balcony side sea view . 2) although food choices are still rich , but it was more better in quality before , and I am experiencing a kind of decrease in quality

We had a side sea view, which was lovely from the bed. (8105) however, the issue was there was no air con during the nights so the room was extremely hot. Its turned off in the evenings for the whole hotel. At one point it was 26 degrees in our room at 2am, we lost a bit of sleep over it... whole hotel was very clean and gardens, pool etc perfect, cannot fault the team there, however the bath enamel was missing in parts which made us feel a bit off bathing our 5 month old. The food is great, lots of options perfectly cooked, however we expected better of the restaurants. The turkish was nice, of which you get one visit, we also visited the italian but it was not Italian, not sure about the menu. We then didnt bother with the thai (payable), which is only open on Weds. Aparently the bbq (payable) was open on sunday but we didnt even see this on site, or the fish (payable) restaurant... leads me to the next bit of the hotel doesnt really match its website. It is - good friendly, especially to families, relaxed... but if you are expecting luxury and vibes in every bar it may not be for you! We enjoyed the bars apart from the apollo near the adult silent pool. Some of the staff were great with us and the baby, super friendly and helpful, but some were aloof such as reception. Only other thing is to say that the hotel was also very welcoming to all, diverse with cultures and lots of the staff spoke many languages. Loved that. Also close to the airport.

Alles war tipptopp. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen: • Essen: Große Auswahl und zahlreiche Variationen an Gerichten, die wirklich jeden Geschmack treffen. • Familienfreundlichkeit: Auch mit einem kleinen Baby war der Aufenthalt unkompliziert. Kindersitze sind überall vorhanden und werden nach jeder Benutzung sofort gründlich desinfiziert. • Verpflegung rund um die Uhr: Man kann wortwörtlich 24 Stunden am Tag etwas zu essen finden. • Strand: Sauber, gut gepflegt und schön gestaltet. Ein Aufenthalt, den wir nur weiterempfehlen können!

Das Personal war überall freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jeder kann Deutsch und Englisch sprechen. Es gab überhaupt keine Sprachbarrieren. Das Essen im Main Restaurant Myra war ein Traum! Jeden Tag gab es verschiedenste Essensangebote, voller Genuss und Frische. Die Hotelanlage ist außerordentlich sauber. Der Roomservice ist akkurat und die Minibar wird täglich kostenlos aufgefüllt. Die Aussicht auf die Poolanlage und das Meer war himmlisch. Für die Kinder, aber auch Erwachsene, gab es zahlreiche Aktivitäten. Preis Leistung war eine 15/10. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!
