This hotel is amazing. Everything is stylish, modern and extremely clean. The hotel is around the corner from the Tibutina train station and from there it was a quick easy trip to the heart of the city. One day we took the bus home and it dropped us off at the transit hub almost across the street. They serve a wonderful breakfast in the morning. Adesso is a great choice and a great value in Rome.

The Hotel Adèsso was a very nice boutique type hotel. The rooms are a tad small, but who’s in their room when in Rome anyway. The staff were great and very friendly. Good restaurant & bar, food was good and reasonably priced. The concierge was helpful in arranging transportation from the airport to hotel, as well as car service to the Coliseum which was great. The only issue we had was that when arranging for or service to The Coliseum and also transportation to Civitavecchia for our cruise there was a financial issue. When my wife made that arrangements the front desk said they required the fees for both The car service to Coliseum (55€) and for our transportation to the port for our cruise (175€). My wife did so, and we thought all was taken care of only to find out at the port which was 1.5hrs away from hotel, that the hotel didn’t pay the driver. We were flabbergasted as we had paid the hotel. After calling and working with the driver we had to pay 175€ to satisfy the bill. The hotel looked into things, only to deny ever receiving the money from my wife. This was very disappointing to say the least as we had trusted the front desk personnel because of how everything else was handled. Unfortunately either we were a victim of theft or the staff mismanaged the money and may have given the envelope with the money to the car service drive from 2 days earlier. Either way we were out 175€. Word to the wise, don’t trust people and ask for receipts or pay drivers direct.

This is a great location if you are travelling by train or bus as it’s directly across the road from Tiburtina. The hotel has a nice lounge and restaurant but not much to see around the hotel, unless of course you want to get the metro into the heart of Rome which doesn’t take long. Personally, I prefer to stay within walking distance of the major sites but this hotel worked well for us as we returned from Siena and was flying out the next day.

The hotel was lovely, rooms were quiet, had enough a/c and hot water. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was great. Very convenient location for sightseeing.. most buses stopped right across the street and the Triburtina station was less than 5 minutes walking. One very sad thing happened. We left our room safe unlocked accidentally one day and found the Dre Beats headset that we left in there had disappeared…. That is the first time in all my travels that I have had anything stolen from my room. We didn’t discover they were missing until we packed to leave on the 14th at 5 am so it was too late to discuss with the hotel management staff… and we were partially to blame for forgetting to lock the safe. I would recommend this hotel but be sure not to leave anything if value unsecured.

Loved that the property was right by the train station, saved us so much headache with traveling around with our luggages. The staff was very helpful and have us a map of us a map of what was around the area. Across the street from the traffic so was easy to get around. The building seems quite old and I am always weary about the cleanliness of places like that, but it was pleasantly surprised how clean it was. I don't usually feel comfortable enough to dive into my hotel room but I did here. Overall pleasant stay

Unfortunately, I was unaware that we would have to pay an additional 60 Euros in City Taxes when we checked out. Seems like a lot!?!?! Maybe you could tell future clients about that. Other than that we had a very nice stay at the Adesso, room was great and the staff was very helpful and pleasant.
