An absolute pleasurable experience. From the time we booked online until departure from the hotel, it was a very positive experience. When you’re traveling in unfamiliar areas, lodging has a huge impression on that town and can influence the overall experience as well.
The customer service I received the 2 times I called in before my trip was very helpful and friendly. I felt they were going beyond what most would; customer service clearly stills means something at this hotel. Employees servicing the rooms were friendly and willing to accommodate our needs as well. It just felt like people doing what they are suppose to do when in the business of providing service for others, and they did just that, well.
The building from outside to in was clean and inviting with lights, smells, artistry, all the things!
I certainly hope to stay there again on my next trip to SF. I hope they aren’t booked up, because Hotel Zeppelin is a great place to stay when in SF.
