We got Delayed at our Airport 🛫 and was Extremely late for check-in so after a pleasant phone 📱 call 📞 all got sorted 👍 we had a fantastic comfortable clean fresh room great night's sleep and no issues yes i would highly recommend the elaya hotel

This is a brand new hotel and stayed there the 4th night they where open. Rooms are fantastic and have just one recommendation and that is to improve very quickly the sound of the flat TV which is enclosed in a fancy box at the wall. Result is a really bad sound quality and spoken words are not good to follow. They should furthermore change the adress at the site Hotel.com The navigation did sent me in the middel of nowhere somewhere in the fields.

Einchecken problemlos....Zimmer sehr schön und komfortabel. Trotzdem schmutzige Sofakissen. Heizung im Zimmer auf 24 Grad eingestellt und kann manuell nicht herunter gesetzt werden da zentrale Steuerung. An der Rezeption niemand mehr anzutreffen, man sollte sich telefonisch an ein anderes Hotel wenden. Dort hob jemand nach 5 Versuchen das Telefon ab und versprach einen Rückruf. Dies geschah jedoch nie so dass wi bei schön warmen 24 Grad geschlafen habern ;(

Sehr gutes Preis- /Leistungsverhältnis beim Frühstück, das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr aufmerksam und gleichzeitig angenehm zurückhaltend. Tolle Auswahl beim Buffet, ganz großes Lob! Wir haben uns vor allem wegen des modernen Designs und guten Zustandes für dieses Hotel in Kevelaer entschieden. Die Fenster lassen keinen Lärm von außen rein und das Bett war sehr bequem. Von der Ausstattung her haben uns nur Haken für die Handtücher gefehlt. Der Abfluss in der Dusche roch streng, was sich aber direkt legte nachdem man etwas Wasser laufen lies und wir haben einige Silberfische eliminiert. Gerne hätten wir diese Punkte auch der Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption bei der Abreise mitgeteilt, diese verabschiedete uns jedoch sehr uninteressiert, nur von Weitem mit den Worten "Bitte die Zimmerkarten einfach in den Kasten werfen.". Keine Nachfrage wie der Aufenthalt gefallen hat und kein Abschiedsgruß. Die selbe Mitarbeiterin machte auch den Check-In und teilte uns keinerlei Infos zur Parkplatznutzung, den Frühstückszeiten und den Check Out Zeiten mit.

The hotel was nice, and the staff were helpful. The area around the property was more residential. For those with a hire car, hire bike or those who enjoy long walks, the Dutch border isn't too far away. Very walkable and cyclist/pedestrian friendly.

Zum Service 4 sterne verdient dieses hotel nicht , wir sind nach 15 uhr angekommen und niemand ist vor ort gewesen, ein gast hat uns reingelassen das wir nicht im regen stehen, an der Rezeption angerufen die meinen es gibt ein Problem und wir können nicht einchecken meinen es dauert 20 min wir mit 2 kinder ein baby und kleinkind warten nach 20 min ruften wir erneut an , wir haben dan insgesamt 40 min gewartet niemand wahr persönlich vor ort kein Interesse an gästen mussten wieder anrufen und mussten dann selber einchecken an der Rezeption, sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt sowas verdient nicht mal 1 stern!! Und was die transportmittel angeht morgens früh 6.00uhr man kein taxi bekommt geht keiner ans Telefon und wen ja sagen die das sie kein taxi haben , und wir mussten schnell zum Flughafen. Sind dann mit viel Gepäck und kindern mit den bus gefahren der zum glück auch gekommen ist.

Sehr schönes Hotel.Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und das Bett war bequem.Das offene Badezimmer ist Geschmacksache aber wir fanden es ok.Nachts war es sehr ruhig.Im Restaurant nebenan kann man gut essen.Die Rezeption ist nicht immer besetzt und wir mussten kurz warten aber das war kein Problem.Parkplätze gibt es genügend

The good. Great modern property with good rooms and restaurant next door. Handy for Weeze airport. The bad - front desk not staffed when it said it would be. Spent ages on phone number to sister hotel to get check in code and was told to wait 30 minutes. Over one hour later had to phone back. Ended up taking 90minutes to check-in. Still haven’t managed to get an invoice for stay from them. I would not stay here again. Its a shame as the room quality is very good and there are limited options in this area.
