"Very efficient and warm welcome and very attentive staff. The room and breakfast were excellent. Sadly, the restaurant service on three evenings was terrible. I hosted a graduation dinner on 26th Feb. and my guests had to wait 2 hours (YES, 2 hours) for the starters to arrive. Then the main courses arrived one by one, not all together, and ladies were served last. How is this from a hotel claiming to be at the forefront of hospitality and even running a hospitality school."
"The pool is small and in a public area so no privacy to enjoy some relaxation. Staff at restaurant nice and accommodating but service was slower than molasses! Same with front desk...very slow.
Hotel is in a nice, safe area and hospital is next door. A nice indian restaurant is within walking distance."
"The room was nice but a few small issues and tea service was basic. The swimming pool wasn’t that well maintained (a random boat?) and used by children mostly. Overall, a nice place but over-priced."
