"La Quinta, Seattle Downtown"

After living in hotels for two weeks, this was the best we had. The rooms where well laid out, the showers had great pressure, the breakfast were good, if you like carbs and sugar then they are up your street. The only complaint I had was their wireless. In a city like Seattle to have wireless that cannot even do video on Skype is pathetic. And the worst part is you had to continually login every hour, and then when you surfed you have endless adverts at the top. We resorted to visiting the local coffee houses which offered free wireless rather than put up with the shoddy wireless.
If it was not for that I would have given it 5 out of 5.

Very comfortable, staff extremely helpful & courteous. Could walk to the free bus ride section of Seattle. Breakfast was included which was a bonus.
Not impressed with the Holiday Inn (not Express) dining section although I believe it is being renovated or redesigned.

Tis hotel far exceeded our expectations. The standard of the lobby, room service and especially the room far exceeded our expectations.
On top of this the hotel is located above the Whole Foods Market which was a fantastic place to grab a bit to eat. There are also many great restaurants in the vacinity of the hotel.
The free car service in the mornings and early evening is a great benefit to hotel guests and really makes you feel that you are staying in a top notch hotel.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Seattle on business or vacation.
